3. Trocas e Devoluções

O cliente dispõe de 14 dias a contar da data de entrega para solicitar a devolução.
Os produtos devem ser devolvidos sem uso, na embalagem original e com todas as etiquetas intactas.
Produtos personalizados, de higiene ou abertos não são elegíveis para devolução.

Para solicitar uma devolução, envie um e-mail para apoio@hishop.pt indicando o número da encomenda e o motivo.
Os reembolsos são processados através do mesmo método de pagamento num prazo de até 14 dias úteis após a receção.

4. Reembolsos

Os reembolsos são efetuados após verificação dos produtos devolvidos.
No caso de produtos defeituosos ou incorretos, a Hi! Shop assumirá todos os custos de devolução.

5. Artigos Danificados ou Defeituosos

Quaisquer defeitos devem ser comunicados no prazo máximo de 48 horas após a entrega, acompanhados de fotografias e descrição.
