1. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery areas: Mainland Portugal, Islands (Madeira and Azores) and Angola.
Delivery times:

Angola: 10–20 business days (depending on shipping and customs)
Shipping costs: Calculated automatically at checkout. Orders over a certain amount qualify for free shipping.
Tracking: After shipping, the customer receives an email with tracking information.
2. Receiving the Order
Upon delivery, please check the status of the package and items.
In case of visible damage or missing products, refuse delivery or record the incident on the receipt and contact apoio@hishop.pt .
3. Exchanges and Returns
The customer has 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging and with all labels intact.
Personalized, personal care, or opened products are not eligible for return.
To request a return, please send an email to support@hishop.pt indicating the order number and reason.
Refunds are processed using the same payment method within 14 business days of receipt.
4. Refunds
Refunds are made after inspection of the returned products.
In the case of defective or incorrect products, Hi! Shop will cover all return costs.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
Any defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographs and description.
Once the situation is confirmed, Hi! Shop will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.
6. International Orders (Angola)
The customer is responsible for any applicable customs fees or taxes.
