Exchanges and Returns.
Hishop customers have 14 days after delivery to request a return.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with labels intact. Personalized, hygiene, or opened products are not eligible.
Refunds are processed using the same payment method within 14 business days of receipt. In case of a defective or incorrect item, Hishop will cover the return shipping costs.
