We deliver to mainland Portugal, the islands (Madeira and Azores), and Angola. The estimated delivery times are:

• Mainland Portugal: 2 to 5 business days
• Islands (Madeira and Azores): 5 to 10 working days
• Angola: 10 to 20 business days

Exchanges and Returns.

Hishop customers have 14 days after delivery to request a return.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with labels intact. Personalized, hygiene, or opened products are not eligible.

Refunds are processed using the same payment method within 14 business days of receipt. In case of a defective or incorrect item, Hishop will cover the return shipping costs.
